What’s the drink?

The Rob Collins drink is a modern variation of two classic drinks: Rob Roy and Tom Collins. Made from St Germain elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a collins glass.

Sometime made with Gin, this recipe uses a good quality Vodka.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Tito’s Vodka
  • 1 part St Germain
  • 3/4 Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Top with Club Soda

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain the mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist and finish with a sour cherry on top.
