What’s the drink?

This blackberry cocktail is basically a blackberry version of the classic Tom Collins cocktail, similar to a blackberry bramble.

It’s a classic refreshing drink made of gin, lemon juice, sugar or simple syrup and club soda or carbonated soda water. Our blackberry Tom Collins is a fruitier version made with muddled fresh blackberries. The natural sweetness and flavor of the fresh blackberries is fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 3 Fresh Blackberries
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1½ parts Vodka
  • ½ part St-Germain
  • 1½ parts Fresh Cranberry Juice
  • Top with Club Soda

Muddle the blackberries and sugar together in a Collins glass.

Shake the Vodka,  St-Germain and Cranberry juice with ice and strain mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda.
